Ceramic Items and Drinkware

Fragile—handle with care. Hot drinks can cause burns and the product may become hot. Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not use if cracked, chipped or damaged. Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended to preserve the personalised print.

Textile and Fabric Items

Sponge clean only unless otherwise stated. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean. Do not iron over personalised or printed areas.

Materials are listed in the applicable product specification. Discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs. Children must be appropriately supervised during use.

• General Care: Follow individual product care labels. For textiles and soft items, sponge clean only. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean unless explicitly stated on the item packaging.
• Ceramic & Glassware: For ceramic, glass, or drinkware items, hand wash only to protect the personalised design.
• Storage & Safety: Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme heat. Always inspect items regularly for general wear and tear. Discontinue use immediately if the product shows any signs of deterioration or damage.
• Materials & Allergies: Specific material details are listed where applicable. Discontinue use immediately if any skin irritation or allergic reactions occur. Ensure safe and responsible use by following all handling guidelines.

Workshop Environment: Our products are prepared and packaged in a multi-use workshop environment. While we maintain clean production spaces, trace amounts of environmental allergens—including airborne particles from food products, gluten, nuts, or seeds—may be present in the facility.

Natural Materials (Jute & Fabrics): Items crafted from natural jute or raw fibers possess a distinct, characteristic earthy scent. This is a completely natural feature of eco-friendly materials and will dissipate naturally with time and ventilation.

Material Sensitivities: If you or the recipient have severe contact allergies or hypersensitivities, please review the specific material descriptions on the product listing or contact our team prior to purchase. Discontinue use immediately if any signs of irritation or allergic reactions occur.

• Ingredients List: Full ingredient breakdowns (INCI lists) for any cosmetic items are visible on the outer packaging or can be provided digitally upon request by contacting our team.

For most products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to return or exchange the item and another 16 days to send them back. The return period will expire 30 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.

Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable:

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by us to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element

Personalised items are marked clearly on each listing and are identified by he act of entering a name/year or information.

Please note you can of course still return items if they are found to be faulty. Please contact us in the first instance if you have any issues.

Warning: please double check your personalisation as how it appears will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this.

Please note that Personalised Items are not able to be returned unless faulty.
If items are not collected and are returned to us, we will hold these for 3 months maximum from receipt.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of redelivery.
For absolute clarity, we will not cover the cost for redelivery due to no red card being left by Royal mail. We use a fully tracked service purposefully so that you can track your order through Etsy and the RM website using the tracking provided on your order.

We currently do not provide a gift wrapping service.

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible and recycle any of our packaging products.
