Shipment processing time

Please refer to the banner on the homepage for the most up to date information on processing times.

Orders may take up to 4 working days to process so please message us in the first instance if you need an item by a particular date, so that we can check to see if we can accommodate your request.  We have listed on specific products which Items have a faster shipping process.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and we will contact you to inform you if this is the case within 24 hours of ordering. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment method

Our standard rate is Royal Mail Standard Parcel - Tracked 48 (2-3 business days) at £4.49 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur which are unfortunately outside of our control and may be down to the delivery carrier.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (if applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Unique Personalised Gifts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We cannot be held responsible for any delays within Customs. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
