HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE DISPATCHED?
Delivery charges are at cost price or cheaper, ensuring you get maximum value for money. For full details of our delivery rates see our delivery information page
Exact quantities for individual items are shown in each product description so you know exactly what you will get.
When packing our products we make every attempt to ensure that they will arrive in pristine condition by packaging them well. We use strong postal boxes, shock-absorbing space filler/bubble wrap for goods in glass jars or bottles. If any of your products are broken/damaged and cannot be used then notify us within seven working days of receipt.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If your product is temporarily out of stock we will let you know how long it will be before it’s available with the option to choose an alternative or cancel your order. If you want to wait for your chosen item then we will hold your order until it can be sent in its entirety.

Please note that any food products shown within this website are direct from Personalised Memento. All ingredients are listed in the individual products descriptions. WHAT IS YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
We’re confident that you’ll be enormously happy with your purchase so if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations please let us know.
You can return the goods to us, within 30 days of receipt, stating clearly your order number and details of your complaint.

For your own peace of mind we recommend you use recorded delivery when returning goods to us. You need to cover the cost of the return postage charge unless otherwise agreed with us.
We will respond to all complaints and returns within five working days.
CAN I BUY FROM YOU DIRECTLY
Certainly! We have a display room where you can view examples of our personalised gifts and learn more about our products. All orders can be placed through our website or via one of the platforms we sell on, such as Etsy, eBay, Tik Tok, or Amazon, along with card payments direct on the day. All of our personalised items are made to order, and each item has a minimum manufacturing time of at least one working day, so please note that you will need to come back to pick up any personalised item once ready. We do have a selection of items that can be purchased there and then however.

To make ordering as convenient as possible for you, we have an easy ordering system available at our display room and shop. This system will direct you straight to our website, where you can place an order for your favourite items that you've discovered during your visit. This ensures a seamless and efficient ordering process while allowing you to explore our products in person at the display room. If you have any questions or need assistance while placing your order, our team at the display room will be happy to help.
Update - we now have items available ready to buy on the day! Choose from our unpersonalised range for immediate pick up, such as our Mummy/Daddy Mugs, Gift Boxes, Essential Roll Ons and Bath Bombs/Soap. Please note we take card payments only as no Cash is kept on site.
DO YOU OFFER COLLECTION IN PERSON
We do offer collection in person. Your order will be ready normally between 2-4 working days. If choosing local pick up, you will be able to collect from our Retail Display Room and Business at Unit 25, Scott Business Park, Plymouth, PL2 2PB.
We only have one dedicated parking space so please make sure to park in this space when collecting your goods - this is marked as Unit 25, which is directly in front of our unit. We will send further instructions when your order is ready for collection.

This display room allows us to exhibit our products in various styles, designs, and themes, providing our customers with a firsthand look at the quality and craftsmanship of our offerings. HOW DO I GO ABOUT VISITING YOUR DISPLAY ROOM & SHOP
To visit our display room, you have a couple of convenient options:
Book an Appointment Through Our Website or Facebook Page: You can schedule a visit to our display room by sending a message to us via our official website or our Facebook page/instagram page. This option ensures that you have a dedicated time slot, allowing us to provide you with a personalised and attentive experience during your visit.
Follow Our Social Media Accounts: Stay tuned to our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) for updates on our open days and special events. We regularly announce our display room's open days and any upcoming promotions or activities on these platforms. By following us, you can stay informed about when you can drop by without needing a prior appointment.
You can also pop in and visit during our shop opening times (Tuesday - Thursday 10am-2pm). However please be aware that if you choose any personalised items, they will need to be made to order. This means you will need to come back once ready.
Whichever option you choose, we look forward to welcoming you to our display room and helping you find the perfect personalised gifts for your needs. WILL MY CARD DETAILS BE SAFE?
We take the greatest effort to ensure the highest possible standards of online security.
We use Shopify and Paypal Systems to process credit card payments from customers. We do not store any credit card information on our systems or at our premises. Shopify/Paypal has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.At no time is any card information held on our servers.
All card payments are made to Unique Personalised Gifts. This is the name you will see on your credit card or bank statement.
